Question:Can I place my order over the phone?

Answer: Yes, you can place your order over the phone. Feel free to call us during normal Business hours Monday- Friday 10AM -9PM and we would be more than happy to assist you!

Question: How can I pay for my order?

Answer: For your convenience we offer many payment options. We accept PayPal and all major Credit cards such as AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover.

question Do you offer Favor and gift wrapping?

Answer: Yes, we do. There are different ways to wrap your Favors and gifts.Prices vary please contact us via email Info@eventsbygabriella.com for pricing.

Question: How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?

Answer: Due to the different weights of our products, shipping costs may vary. To estimate shipping charges, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and click “estimate shipping” then enter your postal/zip code and click “get quote”. Ups will generate the shipping charges based on the weight and quantity of boxes for your order. Please allow orders a minimum of two weeks.

Question: How do I track my order?']

Answer: Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information.

Question: Can I cancel my invitation order at any time?

Answer: A service fee will be applied to each part of the order you request to cancel. If an order has already been printed you will be charged full price for the entire order.

Question: Can I cancel my Favors and or gift order at any time?

Answer: As long as the order has not been processed for shipping you may cancel your order. Once your order is submitted you will be subject to a 5% Cancellation fee due to transaction fees we incur from credit card processor.

Question: What is your refund policy?

Answer: Invitations and personalized gifts are personalized and printed especially for your occasion. We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Therefore there are no returns on personalized items. Please contact us at 516-499-8303 as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We want you to be completely satisfied.Favor orders- We accept returns with the exception of personalized items, handmade item, edible items, samples, sale or clearance items. If you need to return merchandise you must notified us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via Email at Info@eventsbygabriella.com. All items must be in their original conditions and packaging,so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. You will receive a credit for the value of the items only- round trip shipping must be at your expense. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No we cannot except returns on partial orders. No Return Authorizations will be issued after 5 Days.
Shadowbox and Crystal Name Plaques – There are no returns on Shadow box, and or crystal name plaques. These are made to order and made especially for you.

Question: What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Answer: We do our best to ensure that each order is packaged carefully for shipping however, some occasional damage may occur. If some items arrive damaged we request a photo of the damaged item be emailed to us at Info@eventsbygabriella.com only then we will issue credit or ship out replacements, at our discretion. Be sure to place your order with adequate time to receive your replacements via ups ground shipping. Events by Gabriella is NOT Responsible for any expedited shipping charges in order for you to receive the replacement on time. All damaged or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your items.No Exceptions! Thank you for your Cooperation.No claims will be accepted after 5 days.

Question: Do you accept rush orders?

Answer: Yes we do! We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, On certain items it is difficult to provide a rush. Please call us (516) 499-8303 before placing your order to make sure we are able to rush the order. There is a service fee for all rushed orders, in addition to any expedited shipping charges.
Please note: From time to time situations such as weather, natural disasters, ups delays or other issues that are beyond our control may arise. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible however; we cannot be responsible for last minute orders that do not arrive on time. Under no circumstance will Events by Gabriella, UPS refund any shipping charges related to a “rush order” if the packages are delayed and it was beyond our control. Should you choose to place a rush order assume all risk and liability of the round trip shipping charges if the items do not arrive in time.
